| Description | The textbook is intended for students of the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University and includes cases which are discussed in the first semester of the course Law of the European Union. It is the most important cases handled by the Court of Justice of the European Union for more than 40 years of its existence, which significantly contributed to the formation of the earliest European Community, now the European Union and their rights. Cases which have been included in this work so are the best gold fund held this institution. This tutorial is the first part and includes case focused on the institutional law of the European Union. Will be complemented by the work of others, in which the focus of the case law relating to the right of the material. |
