Description The monography presents a report on an archaeological excavation of a Neolithic settlement, carried out as series of rescue excavations from 1953 to 1971 by Rudolf Tichý from the Archaeological Institute of Academy of Science in Brno. During processing it turned out that Mohelnice belonged to a group of Neolithic settlements with strongly mixed infill of archaeological features. It seems the features were enlarged by the rebulding of houses in the same positions during various phases of LBK. There were also features with Lengyel culture infill present and later prehistoric cultures were also found as intrusions.
