| Description | The article is devoted to the way of depiction of the civil war of 1917–1922 in Russia in the work of M. A. Sholokhov. Analysis of works of the writer is focused on definition of specific features of discursive characteristics of selected works of the cycle "Tales of the Don", reflecting difficult destinies of characters (especially Cossacks) in years of civil war. ?he object of analysis were three stories including the topic of relations between father and son. |
