| Description | The aim of the study was to evaluate the distribution of bacterial and fungal communities in soil samples fertilized with different types and doses of nitrogen fertilizer. It was a pot experiment. The growth of indicator groups of microorganisms was evaluated and metagenomic analysis was also performed based on sequencing of isolated DNA from soil samples. |
