| Description | The multidisciplinary workshop Cultural History of Beer emphasized different views on beer as a cultural drink. Eleven different lectures introduced the diversity of the history and present of this drink. There were contributions from experts from various fields as well as people who are involved in the production of beer. The program also included a presentation and tasting of beer brewed according to a historical recipe. |
