| Description | International mobility programs enable students to discover not only another university system and deepen their knowledge and foreign language skills, but thanks to the stays, they get to know other cultures and the people. The alumni with experience with international mobility are appreciated by the potential employers on the labor market, they are more autonomous and open to the world. In our contribution, we point out the importance of the international mobility on the personal development if young adults. We concentrate on the intercultural aspects of these stays and suggest the didactic implications for better preparation of students for such stays. |
