| Description | The presentation focuses on the development of applied behaviour analysis (ABA) in the Czech Republic and partly in Slovakia between 2015 and 2021. We will present the main milestones in the process of development of ABA as a scientific discipline, the emergence of separate allied health professions (behavior analyst, assistant behavior analyst, behavior technician), the current offer of study programs and courses and also the possibilities of practical ABA applications for people with neurodevelopmental disabilities. Last but not least, we will focus on the challenges facing our field in the coming years. |
