| Description | The 58th Summer School of Field Botany organized by the Czech Botanical Society was held in the town of Plasy in western Bohemia, Czech Republic, from 7th to 13th July 2019. Altogether 132 participants attended 49 excursions focused on vascular plants, lichens and dendrology. These excursions were organised to the wide surroundings of Plasy. A total of 15940 records representing 1056 taxa were collected at 825 localities. During the exursions, the following rare species were found: Aconitum variegatum, Antennaria dioica, Anthericum liliago, Arnica montana, Arnoseris minima, Blechnum spicant, Calla palustris, Carex davalliana, Carlina biebersteinii subsp. brevibracteata, Corallorhiza trifida, Centaurium pulchellum, Eleocharis quinqueflora, Filago lutescens, Gypsophila muralis, Iris sibirica, Lactuca viminea, Lappula squarrosa, Laserpitium prutenicum, Leersia oryzoides, Lycopodium annotinum, Medicago minima, Melittis melissophyllum, Menyanthes trifoliata, Nuphar lutea, Pinguicula vulgaris, Platanthera bifolia, Pyrola chlorantha, Salix repens, Scorzonera humilis, Sherardia arvensis, Sorbus rhodanthera, Stipa pennata, Teucrium botrys, Thalictrum lucidum, Thelypteris palustris, Thesium alpinum, Trifolium spadiceum, Trifolium striatum, Triglochin palustris, Vicia cassubica and Utricularia bremii. The plant records of vascular plants were incorporated into the Pladias database (Database of the Czech Flora and Vegetation). |
