| Description | The second expanded edition focused into four basic categories and in all chapters in second edition describes new sculptures. The all text is in czech and english. Since 2004, Brno’s city leaders have been financing Sculpture for Brno, which has led to the gradual appearance of sculptures dedicated to people connected to the history of the city. Another group is made up of sculptures of Masaryk University. Thanks to sculptural symposia we can find works of art along the Svratka river, on the beaches of the Brno Reservoir and in other areas. The fourth theme is the international show Brno Art Open. Sculptural Brno 1989-2019 is an expert’s invitation to a sculptural city. In the second edition are five new capitols. |
