| Description | The paper deals with the valuation of land with hydraulic structures. First, it defines situations where it is necessary to appreciate the land on which the hydraulic structure is located. It continues with the analysis of the method of determining the price of land on which the hydraulic structure owned by a different entity than land owner are located. The contribution focuses on determining the market value of land. |
