| Description | The paper is devoted to issues related to changes and legislative developments in the legal regulation of public construction law in relation to digitalization. In recent years, the Building Act has been undergoing constant changes to speed up and simplify the individual processes leading to building permits. In 2021, a new construction law was approved, which should, among other things, reorganise the public construction administration and introduce digitalisation into the permitting processes. The new Construction Act seeks to respond to the requirements of practice and to achieve simplification of the processes involved in the permitting of buildings. |
