| Description | The article focuses on the possibility and scope of changes in the investment strategy of Czech foundations and trust funds. If the founder defines the investment strategy in the foundation charter or the statute in a certain way, the foundation, or the trustee, must respond by changing it in times of crisis. In this article, we have considered under what circumstances and to what extent this is possible, taking into account the due care and the duty of obedience of the foundation board, or the trustee. |
