| Description | The paper personally presented at the conference deals with the issue of the dual system of education at secondary vocational schools in the conditions of the Czech Republic. It represents a short development of vocational education with a focus on the issue of the dual system. It identifies the positive and negative impacts of the implementation of the dual system in the Czech Republic on the basis of a comparison with selected European countries. It also focuses on the competencies and responsibilities of teachers in schools and instructors in companies, and preparation for their work in the dual education system. |
