| Description | The article deals with certain borderline issues of attribution of knowledge to legal persons, which cannot be satisfactorily resolved within the paradigm that dominates in the case law and is based on the need to identify officers or agents whose knowledge can be attributed to the legal person. I propose supplementing this paradigm with the aid of the concept of duty of the legal person to properly manage its internal information processing. |
