The project "The heart is where the home is", which TV CENTAR realized with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Information, is a series of documentary-research shows about the motives, opportunities and obstacles that make young people of Svilaj decide whether to return to their hometown. In the shows, we spoke with young people who have returned, with those who are still studying, with university professors, demographers and representatives of local self-government. The goal of the project is to present to the public the experiences of young returnees, the expectations of those who are studying, as well as to sensitize the local self-government to undertake additional incentive measures that will improve the local environment and make it more favorable for the life of young people and thereby encourage their return or the stay of young people in the municipality. |
