| Description | An annotated list of soldier flies from Sri Lanka is compiled as a result of the critical revision of poublished records and a study of material deposited in the State Museum of Natural History, Stuttgart and in the authors collections. Taxonomic notes are given for 9 genera. The previously unknown male of Odontomyia angustilimbata Brunetti, 1923 is described for the first time and Sargus mactans Walker, 1860 is resurrected from the synonymy. |
