| Description | This research report provides a set of recommendations on the concept of smart metering deployment from the perspective of the customer and Energy Regulatory Authority. Building on previous results, this has been arrived at through the study of three use cases that emerged from previous research activities as the most relevant from a customer and Energy Regulatory Authority perspective: opportunities to detect and predict energy poverty; monitoring and developing energy communities; monitoring supply quality and assessing investment efficiency. |
