| Description | This methodology contains specific recommendations for modifications of decrees governed by the Energy Regulatory Authority in order to extract maximum effects from the deployment of smart metering, in the long term, for the needs of the customer and the Energy Regulatory Authority. Building on previous results of the project, recommendations have been formulated in relation to three areas that emerged from previous research activities as most relevant from the perspective of the customer and Energy Regulatory Authority: Opportunities to detect and predict energy poverty; Control and development of energy communities; Monitoring supply quality and assessing investment efficiency. |
