Description | The paper analyses apparently neutral criterion consisting in the length of working hours from the point of view of possible putting into disadvantage of employees on the grounds of sex, family duties, disability or age. It aims at possible consequences of putting into disadvantage of employees employed on part-time work that can establish indirect discrimination in employment. Moreover, the attention is paid to a limitation of the right to equal treatment in employment that is an legitimate aim and means of achieving of that aim that shall be necessary and reasonable. |
