| Description | The commentary is intended primarily for practice. It is based on a careful critical analysis of the case law of the Constitutional Court, which interprets the Charter authoritatively. The Commentary contains analysis and references to thousands of decisions of the Constitutional Court, both Supreme Courts and the European Court of Human Rights. The individual chapters of the commentary are clearly divided according to topics, the present chapter concerns Article 19, Freedom of assembly. The aim of the experienced team of authors was that lawyers, judges, prosecutors and other legal practitioners would find in the commentary comprehensive answers to human rights questions that arise in practice. |
