| Description | This contribution aims to determine an overview and critical evaluation of selected institutes in the field of substantive and procedural criminal law and the related resolution of criminal cases, which ultimately lead to the non-punishment of an adult offender, or at least lead to the mitigation of negative consequences that follow the imposition of punishment. Within this framework, the restitution and rehabilitation approaches to punishing will be emphasized. The contribution will offer an overview, analysis and evaluation of the existing legislation of the relevant criminal law institutes. The core of the contribution will be the presentation of the table of restorative and rehabilitation elements that will be indicated in selected institutes. |
