| Description | In our joint contribution, we dealt with the topic of criminal sanctions (punishments) that can be imposed on legal entities, with their purpose and their effectiveness. The core of the contribution was the data that was obtained through a survey addressed to Czech courts, which answered the questions: For what crimes are most often criminal penalties imposed on a legal entity?, What kinds of punishments are involved? and How did the trends in the field of criminality of legal entities and its sanctioning develop?. The attention was also paid to the proposed changes to the criminal or sanctioning policy, which, in our opinion, are offered in response to the established data. |
