| Description | The Covid-19 pandemic and the associated constraints on ordinary human life have probably led to an increased drive to digitise all parts of life. In my paper, I show to what extent this digitization has been strengthened, and in particular whether this strengthening has persisted even after the push factor of covid has ceased. I show that the most vulnerable group in terms of digital exclusion are people living in rural areas. |
