| Description | Understanding of the meaning of inventory has shifted fundamentally over the past fifteen years, along with with global experience. In 2021, UNESCO published a guidance document that explains important aspects of inventorying and offers guidance on how to design inventories. Inventorying with the active participation of the bearer community is also one of the key themes of the training programme Based on new knowledge in the context of the implementation of the Convention at the global level and the experience gathered over 15 years of maintaining the Inventory of Intangible Traditional Folk Goods Culture of the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as the List), the Ministry of Culture decided to proceed to its modification, namely with regard to the national implementation of the Convention, including implementation in the regions. |
