Description The present article deals with interrogation as one of the most important instruments of criminalistic tactics and one of the most widely used means of evidence in criminal proceedings. Interrogation is a very individual discipline, and it is impossible to establish a uniform procedure for it, as the tactics of its conduct vary with regard to many factors. In this article, I will focus primarily on the dialogic part of the interrogation, which should always be viewed as a mutual interaction between the interrogated and the interrogator. I will address the issues of interrogation tactics for persons in different procedural positions, specifically in the dialogue phase. I will also outline some solutions to possible problematic situations.
