| Description | The aim of this summary research report was to inform about the main findings and results achieved within the research project Media Art Live Archive: Intelligent interface for interactive mediation of cultural heritage (TL02000270, 2019–2022), abbreviated as MALA, partially financed by the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic within the ÉTA program , which was realized in cooperation with the Institute of Musicology, Faculty of Arts, Masaryk University, and the Institute of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Communication Technologies, Brno University of Technology. Research methods and procedures for their application are gradually described, the achieved results are presented and their contribution to the field of arts, cultural heritage and the operation of memory and exhibition cultural institutions is evaluated. Special attention is paid to the experiences gained in the use of artificial intelligence, specifically machine learning, as an analytical tool and as a curatorial agent in the processing and mediation of the content of digital archives of works of art. A detailed analysis of the individual outputs of the project was realized in the form of professional studies and chapters that were created in the course of the project and are part of the list of used literature. |
