| Description | High level of thyroxine combined with normal thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) level is not common in children without thyroxine treatment, except for neonatal period. It can be due to laboratory interference, interaction with some drugs, adenoma with autonomous production of TSH or a congenital thyroid disorder. Our case report presents an unusual cause of this condition. |
