| Description | The objective of the lecture is to present the known and already used specialized dissolution devices capable of simulating the physiological conditions of the gastrointestinal tract. These devices are designed to be much better predictors of future in vivo drug efficacy. During this presentation, such apparatuses will be introduced, together with their advantages and disadvantages, including the presentation of already obtained data. Among these devices is e.g. the Golem v2, an apparatus used at Pharm MUNI Brno. |
