Description The monograph deals with the issue of creative intergenerational teams that are considered not only as the bearers of the company's innovation potential, but also as potential co-implementer of the changes that are necessary to strengthen the role of productive services in company. Follows the previous six monographs. In a substantial way uses the results of the work of R. Axelrod. Formulates conclusions related to the role of repetition in games (in the sense of game theory) to maintain cooperation. He formulates on that basis the first series of recommendations aimed at maintaining teamwork in the long term horizon. The long-term perspective of creative teams is significantly conditioned by their intergenerational composition, which allows not only effective transfer of experience, but also addressing the very sensitive issue of succession, which is one of the critical moments evolutionary stability of communities. The monograph also uses the rich legacy they left behind E. Ostromová, V. Ostrom and their followers in the research of evolutionary stability of communities of a certain type, which, unlike TMT, are labeled conservative (in the sense that these are communities that are in relatively stable conditions and that are not characterized by significant internal dynamics). Because TMT are in this sense the exact opposite, is based on the methods and procedures applied by E. Ostromová, V. Ostrom and their followers developed their own theoretical support. For dynamic communities in a changing environment (where changes can become turbulent) There is a significant opportunity for conflict to consider and formulate recommendations aimed at how to prevent them or how to deal with them. Based on this, the original model is presented and described the stages of TMT formation, formulated recommendations for creation and preservation TMT. The monograph also analyzes the extensive original empirical material that was obtained by his own efforts in several different ways, on the one hand on the basis of the study of different resources informing about successful TMT, but also and especially directly in the field. Monographs contains two appendices, which are devoted to the experience of their authors in founding and management of TMT of various kinds, or from active participation in them.
