Description This research report proposes a combination of technologies and solutions for a new load and tariff management system to replace the abandoned HDO load management system. The architecture of the proposed load management system may be highly branched, may consist of many components that extend beyond the perimeter of AMM systems, and may use a wide range of communication technologies in different parts. Therefore, an analysis of the communication layer and an analysis of suitable solutions is part of the document. The concept assumes the application of P2P communication between the end elements and the central ICT, however it is open to functional and technological hierarchy and the possibility to decentralise part of the tasks. The proposed concept formulates the functional requirements for other sub-solutions developed in the DeCoDiS project and thus becomes an overarching document for the coordination of the developed components.
