| Description | The chapter deals with the development of the concept of the general part of financial law. Financial law, by its nature, belongs to the incorporated branches of law, and finding its general part is primarily the result of the science of financial law and application practice. Finding the general part of financial law is related to the acceptance of its independence by jurisprudence. It was necessary to deal with the general definition of financial law, the concept of the general part of financial law in period III. The Czechoslovak Republic, years 1948 – 1990, the end of the era of socialist financial law and finally the definition of the general part of financial law in a democratic legal state. |
