| Description | The article deals with the so-called true ownership action (rei vindicatio). It focuses on the issue of proof of ownership, including the allocation of the burden of allegation and the burden of proof, and on proving the ownership right of the ancestor in the case of derivative acquisition of ownership. In this context, attention is paid to tools that facilitate the situation of the party burdened with the burden of proof. |
