| Description | The aim of this document is to provide recommendations for an appropriate regulatory approach to support the development of the digitalisation of shared transport vehicles. The term covers the various forms of MaaS services, multimodal transport applications and other related business models to support the development of shared mobility. The focus is on shared vehicles and the appropriate setting of data flow protection, which have the potential to streamline coordination or to extend the societal benefits of the development of shared transport services. |
