| Description | The photographic publication was created as a tribute to the city, which is not only a historical gem, but also a living organism full of everyday stories. It captures a single day and night in Kutná Hora – 1318 minutes, i.e. a symbolic 22 hours, which the visitor can experience among Gothic monuments and ordinary moments of city life. At the same time, the name commemorates the year 1318, when Kutná Hora was promoted to a city. The authors of the book – the photographic duo BoysPlayNice, the author of the text and concept Ondřej Horák (Fuczik) and the graphic studio Milan Nedvěd – have created a work that moves on the border of art, poetry and documentary. It is not a tourist guide, but a visual experience that invites a new look at familiar places. The publication won the IMPACT AWARD in 2025 as part of Designblok, the award is intended for projects that create a cultural or social contribution through design. |
