| Description | The article focuses on practical problems and interpretation discrepancies associated with the new legal regulation of whistleblower protection under Act No. 171/2023 Coll. The text focuses on the definition of obligated entities, the setting up of the internal reporting system and the designation of the authorized person. We also mention the obligations of public contracting authorities, employers with more than 50 employees and public authorities. The article is intended primarily for employees and representatives of public institutions, regions, municipalities and public organizations affected by the effects of this legal regulation. |
