| Description | The workshop was intended for teacher educators and focused on the possibilities of implementing the national Competency Framework for Graduates of Teacher Education Programs (KRAAU) into university-level teaching in ways that allow both instructors and students to engage with it formatively. The workshop was divided into two parts: the first part modeled how the framework could be used within a single seminar session (100 minutes), while the second part explored how it could be integrated into an entire semester-long course. The workshop also aimed to facilitate the sharing of practices among participants and to encourage discussion on competency-based curriculum design in teacher education programs. |
