Description The presentation introduced the main concept of teaching within the distance learning programme International Legal Studies, which is based on a systematic approach to student support through pre-distributed study materials, a clear study guide, and follow-up online consultations. This model, which is an integral part of the International Legal Studies (ILS) curriculum, ensures greater predictability and learning support for students. The presentation also included an overview of an individualised teaching reflection method, which consists in providing personalised feedback to students after each teaching unit. This approach shifts the focus in teaching from mere repetition towards skill development and critical thinking, while also encouraging better preparation and deeper engagement on the part of the students. The final part of the presentation focused on an innovation in the area of final theses – the concept of a so-called “diploma task”, which replaces the traditional bachelor's thesis within the programme. The aim is to reflect the actual needs of graduates and to assess their abilities through practice-oriented assignments aligned with their prospective professional careers.
