| Description | The article deals with the issue whether rights to alter legal relationships are subject to statute of limitations, which is controversial in Czech doctrine and case law. It argues against the contribution by Bohumil Dvořák, Pavel Horák, and Pavel Tůma, who defended the conclusion that such rights are not subject to a limitation period. On the contrary, the text at hand advocates the thesis that there are no historical or systematic reasons that would speak against the time-limitation of rights to alter legal relationships and that, on the contrary, there is convincing teleological support for the idea that rights to alter legal relationships should be subject to time-limitation. |
