| Description | The article deals with the issue of permitting waterworks construction and related water management permits in relation to the possibility of joint proceedings pursuant to Section 140 of the Administrative Procedure Code. Given that in practice there are problems and disagreements regarding the permitting of waterworks and disagreements regarding the possibility of combining proceedings for the permitting of waterworks and proceedings for water management permits, this article will attempt to answer the question of whether or not it is possible to combine the proceedings and whether such joint proceedings are appropriate, effective, and comply with the principles of administrative proceedings, including their implementation in the practice of administrative authorities. |
