| Description | The paper addresses selected aspects of fair remuneration in the Czech republic in the context of transparency requirements. In particular, it deals with problematic conditions for the entitlement to a variable component of wages from the perspective of statutory criteria for determining and differentiating wages. It further analyzes and criticizes a Supreme Court judgment that allows conditioning the entitlement to a wage component on the employee not having breached a duty relating to their performed work during the monitored period. |
