| Description | This analysis evaluates the feasibility and economic viability of establishing a childcare group (DS) for employees of Czech Television (ČT) at Trnkova 117, Brno-Líšeň. The analysis was prepared at the request of the Brno branch of ČT and is structured into four thematic sections: a demographic analysis of the location and a projection of the number of preschool-aged children; an analysis of the local labor market; an assessment of the project’s alignment with the strategic documents of the city and region; and a financial model simulating the costs and savings associated with the establishment and operation of the childcare group. The computational model is presented in a separate Excel workbook, and its results are incorporated into the final evaluation. |
