| Description | PD-L1 represents a well-established target in cancer immunotherapy. Despite this, the clinical efficacy of anti-PD-L1 therapies remains constrained by incomplete patient responses and the emergence of therapeutic resistance. Therefore, identifying novel compounds capable of regulating PD-L1 expression and elucidating the signalling pathways governing its expression in cancer cells is essential. |
