| Description | On spring 2000 the new Personal Data Protection Act (No. 101/2000 Col.) was passed. By this act a lot of failures of the former Act have been removed, while it's depends on necessity to harmonize czech law in this field with EU law. The paper discribes the concrete implementation process of the Act at Masaryk University in Brno. |
