Description Temperature gradient gel electrophoresis (TGGE) is a powerful electrophoresis methods for separation of nucleic acids. The aim of this work was to modify experimental parameters of TGGE to detect unknown mutations in fragment of lacZ transgene in Drosophila melanogaster. Approximately 500 bp long unspecific product was proven in one sample. Some of samples were sequenced.
