| Description | We wanted to bring a new data of behavioural (method of "i. v. drug self-administration" in rats) and immunological (chemiluminometric measurement of phagocytic mouse leukocyte activity) effects on preclinical study of cannabinergics (endogenous cannabinoid receptor agonist - anandamide, an enzymatically stable analogue of anandamide - methanandamide, selective CB2 receptor agonist - palmitoylethanolamide, cannabinoid receptor antagonist - AM 251). This experience could be use of clinical practise and therapy of drug dependence. |
