Description Collection of the T-DNA tagged lines of Arabidopsis thaliana ecotype Columbia has been screened for morphological and embryo-lethal mutations. A mutation in altered trichome structure and seven embryo-lethal mutations were identified in T2 generation after transformation. SSRs were used for mutant genes localization on genetic map. All of tested mutant genes were placed on genetic map of A. thaliana and contributed to the genetic map saturation by eight new genes.
