| Description | PCR inhibitors responsible for false negative results are main problem in use of PCR for patogenic microorganisms detection in biological materials. It was estimated that field strains of Salmonella differed in the amount of intracellular PCR inhibitors. Their inhibitory effect can be eliminated by suitable sample preparation (boiling of cell suspensions, action of immobilized proteinase K)in the dependence on the amount of inhibitor. |
