Description From the poinnt of view of technology, the long-tem annealing, connected with diffusion of substitutional elements and corresponding structure development, is very important, because it influences the longevity of materials in exploitation conditions. Therefore, the structural study was performed on austenitic anticorrosion steels Avesta 254 SMO and Nicrofer 3033 after annealing 700stC/3188 hrs. Camparision was made with previous results obtained after annealing 700stC/500hrs. Structure development is compared with calculated phase diagram.
