Description Superaustenitic steels are commonly used as corrosion resistant materials at higher temperatures. It is known, that the structure state of these materials is changed during long-term service, for the slow setting of equilibrium state. The NICROFER 3033 (33Cr, 31Ni, 1.7Mo, O.39N) and AVESTA 254 SMO (20Cr, 18Ni, 6.1Mo, 0.20N) were investigated. The preliminary results of structure analysis (metallography, electron microscopy, electron diffraction) after annealing 700oC/500 hrs. have shown [1], that grains of FCC-phase are still inhomogeneous in the NICROFER 3033 alloy. In the NICROFER 3033, the sigma-phase was detected, as calculated, in the AVESTA 254 SMO, sigma-phase was not found. Therefore, further annealing was performed and the results of structure analysis of mentioned anticorrosion superaustenitic steels after annealing 700oC/3188 hrs are presented. Experimental results are compared with calculated ones.
