| Description | The paper concentrates primarily on the recent development of the high-resolution NMR techniques that have shown potential of increasing the range of promising applications and capability to provide new structural information. These include the 2H, 13C, and 15N isotope-labeling techniques for RNA and DNA, sensitivity optimized multi-dimensional NMR experiments, techniques to detect hydrogen-bond networks, applications of residual dipolar couplings for extracting structural restrains, and relaxation studies providing the information on dynamics and structure. |
